Pops and the Style Me Quirky Team warmly welcome you to our new studio for the first of our open day social makeover events. Wohooo!
Its actually more of an open afternoon/ evening than a full day but lets not split hairs!
After a successful first few months of colourful makeovers, Quirkovers, photography and beautiful clients, our first open day is also a bit of a late launch/ 6-month birthday party – what better a reason to wear a party dress!
The idea is to pop along and meet new friends, get a taster of the Style Me Quirky experience and meet the team. You will also have a mini makeover, time in a welcoming environment dressed as you please and the added bonus of taking home some lovely photographs of yourself having experienced a short time in your own private professional photo shoot.
Venue – Style Me Quirky Dressing and Photography Service Stuido
The studio premises we have moved to for our dressing services and photography is a clean cosy professional photography studio with makeup and changing facilities as well as its own bathroom and kitchenette. The socializing area is smallish but we have a leather sofa to fight over and plenty of stools and sufficient space to stand and socialise.
A cross between a transgender social event and a dressing service, makeover and photography appointment, the SmQ Open Day is for those who want to;
- Have some lovely photographs taken in a professional photography studio feeling like a supermodel while en-femme and all glammed up!
- Visit their first dressing service/ makeover experience safe in the hands of a trans – run dressing service – we love newbies!
- Try before you buy; those who would like to get a taste of our services before booking a full 1-to-1 appointment
- Socialise with the added convenience and pampering of a quick makeover at the venue/ premises of their social event
- Those who can’t dress up at home for any reason
- You lovely fetish people; the open day is for girls, boys and trans people but the focus is on crossdressing of any style and fetish makeovers.
Included in the ticket price, each guest gets;
£35 ticket
- Up to one hour in the makeup chair. Full Makeover by one of our team of make up artists (eyebrow gumming/ false lashes and nails not included*)
- A choice of modesty screen or bathroom to change into your own clothes
- Mini photo shoot! Your 15 minutes of fame!? Everyone gets some time in private to pose and flirt and throw some shapes in our curtained off professional photography area
- 3 free photos emailed to you fully post produced
- The opportunity to buy additional images at £20 each – discounts for batches if you get carried away!
£45 ticket
All of the above plus;
- One of our collection of 200 evening wear/ designer dresses/ prom dresses/ ball gowns in your size
- We will liaise with you via email and phone to select something from our collection especially for you**
* Nails, brows and lashes available at extra cost depending on how busy we are – enquire and book while buying your ticket
** We have shoes and numerous wigs but ask you to bring your own of both to increase the available options and styles.
Maid Service Hospitality
On the day we will have two helpful maids on hand to help answer your questions and generally host, they aren’t slaves though so you can pour your own drinks!
Mandy and Lila our maids are two of Style Me Quirky’s regular clients and have volunteered for the day so please be nice to them.
Music Drinks and Nibbles
Music will be provided, most likely 80′s style as the SmQ team are slightly obsessed with 80′s pop for some unknown reason.
There will also be some bubbles on ice and a few other complimentary drinks and you are welcome to bring your own tipples although we don’t permit red wine or coca cola in the studio as some of our dresses are worth hundreds of pounds and spillages don’t bare thinking about!
In the spirit of community, we invite you to bring some savoury nibbles and cake (ooh we love cake!) if you wish to.

The studio is just 10 minutes walk from either Seven Sisters or Tottenham Hale stations. There is parking immediately outside the studio and in the surrounding roads which is free on a Sunday, leave time to find yourself a space though.
Ticket Only Admittance / Private Party
Many of our clients are closeted and their privacy and discretion is is important to us. This is strictly a ticket only private event, visitors turning up on the day will politely be declined entry.
